Power of Positive Thinking // Thank You.
Thanks to everyone for your kind words & postive thinking about yesterday’s post.
Good news! Dad’s surgery went really well today. The Dr. told us they were able to remove all the cancer and feel that it’s contained to what they removed. Final pathology report will tell us for sure, but he’s already recovering nicely!

Positivity
My mom made a comment over the weekend that I keep thinking about.
“I think what I really like about blogs is that the people who write them are so positive. It’s fun to read when people have a good outlook about things.”
I responded by saying that I was sure there are ‘negative blogs’ out there, but I don’t read them. So, I suppose her point is right on.

2010: A YEAR FOR THE HISTORY BOOKS (Part 1)
Matt & I were at dinner on Friday and we began to remark on what an incredible year 2010 has been for us. It was so fun to go back, month-by-month and think of all the fun things we did.
In fact, we had so many wonderful things this year, that it became a game of who could remember the most. Feels like the definition of fortunate.

It feels like old man winter didn’t just come knocking this year. More like, he found our hidden key tried to sneak in the front door and sounded security alarm.
With the impossible-to-ignore temperatures and the snow swirling around at all hours of the day, I suppose it’s time to embrace acknowledge that winter is really here.
With winter, comes the school delays & closings.
