Grocery Store Personas
Whenever I go to the grocery and I’m waiting in line, I check out what the people in front or behind me have in their cart. Based on the collected purchases, I try to figure out the ‘story’ behind this person — who they are / what the deal is that has caused them to come to the grocery.
